One of the most popular restaurants in our area is located just down the hill in Walloon Village (.5 mile)! Gorgeous views of Walloon Lake. On nice days in the summer the windows are open to the breezes off the lake and there is outdoor deck seating available. In winter a central fireplace contributes to the to the cozy ambiance. Entrees can get pricey. Sandwiches are more reasonable, with the whitefish sandwich being a personal favorite. Check out the happy hour deals. Barrel Back does not accept reservations and wait times can be long. Best to arrive in off peak serving times if possible.
