The Sweet Life Animal Rescue
As of June 2024 The Sweet Life Animal Rescue is home to 4 cats and 2 kittens, 8 dogs, 6 goats, 5 horses as well as close to 30 chickens and 2 ducks.
The guest room is at the end of the hall on the second floor right next to the private bath that goes with it. It has a very comfy queen bed (with a soft pillow top mattress)
There is a shelf and a desk for your convenience. If you prefer a quick “liquid breakfast” or cuppa tea before bedtime and would like a water kettle in your room, please let me know beforehand.
The kitties mostly hang out on the second floor and do love the guest room but you are obviously more than welcome to lock them out - or enjoy them sleeping with you, whatever you prefer.
The dogs are generally very friendly but could possibly bark whenever they see you; just ignore that barking, they really do love humans and have yet to meet a stranger. Normally they are pretty quiet and well behaved, but like any living breathing soul, they too can get excited at times. The dogs do stay on the ground floor in the dining room which you will have to cross to get to the kitchen.
