Great biscuits, yes, but also gravy flights, and creative, house-made butters and jellies if you're not a gravy person. Almost always a line, but it moves quickly. There are 4 locations, but this one is only about a 5min drive.

An absolute must-see while you're visiting Asheville. The Vanderbilt family, who built the Biltmore is practically what put Asheville on the map. The beautiful grounds, the lavish and historical interior, and even a winery on-site make this a fabulous day.

Winding roads, with endless gorgeous views that go on for miles. Plenty of places to pull over to snap some photos, or even take a short hike to some of the peaks. Just be sure to take pictures for the poor person who has to pay attention while driving!

Opened up in 2019, this 3 level cocktail lounge is on the site of a former drugstore, has a speakeasy feel, and a great roof deck. Oh, and did we mention they have some of the best cocktails around, some featuring gin being distilled right next door at The Chemist?
