Sightseeing
Granite Island is an awesome experience. Jump on the horse drawn tram or walk over the bridge to the island, just off Victor Harbor. There is an easy (few steps and inclines though) walkway round the island with weird, wonderful and outlandish sculptures along the way. Great cafe on the island too!

To walk in such a peaceful place and see dozens, if not hundreds of kangaroos is wonderful.

Myponga Reservoir
To walk in such a peaceful place and see dozens, if not hundreds of kangaroos is wonderful.
This might not be everyone's cup of tea, but the nursery is a little treasure on the Fleurieu. Top place to buy plants (but beware of interstate quarantine laws) and an awesome place for a picnic. Spot the vibrant Blue Wrens - and you might even spot Nigel, a wren with no wings poor thing!

Beach
Great surf schools can get you popping up in no time. Walk for miles along this stretch of coastline or have a paddle (please note some beaches are unpatrolled)
The Sunday markets at the wharf definitely worth a look, as well as the gin distillery, wharf cafes and art gallery.

This beach is a few hundred metres from Hale Nalu. Walk for miles, checking out the surf, gorgeous rock formations and collect some shells. On and in the water, you will spot stand up paddlers and surfers. Two great surf schools set up most days and provide such great coaching, you will be on your feet in no time.
