This is perhaps my absolute favorite place in NY for a fun night. They have live music every night and VERY strong drinks, good food. Be careful! I mean it! They're drinks can sneak up on you and they end up usually offering free shots. Enjoy but please don't throw up in your host's house :P

Sightseeing
My favorite touristic thing to do is to take the EAST RIVER FERRY from 34th Street in Manhattan and ride it to Dumbo (where you will see Brooklyn Bridge). It is a very beautiful ride with most beautiful Manhattan skyline and then you cross under multiple bridges. Dumbo is gorgeous and also has the best pizza and ice cream in NY.
The best pizza in NY is known to be JULIANA'S. Many tourists think it's Grimaldi's which is right next door, but what happened was - Grimaldi opened the restaurant, was very successful then got pushed out of his own business by his partners. Later he opened Juliana's right next door. So the actual Grimaldi owns Juliana's. Fun fact. :)
