There is an artcaffé nearer the apartment on Olenguruone Road at Total Kileleshwa. Airbnb doesn't bring up the address, but check it out on G maps. There is a food market on the ground floor (mostly expensive and imported stuff....but that is where you will find your home ingredients that don't form part of Kenyan cuisine) and a restaurant/cafe one floor above. You can also work from here

My apartment is located in Kileleshwa, which has a reputation for being a safe environment with a calm nature. With the good road infrastructure, you will find people enjoying walks and jogging as a way of exercising. Expatriates want to live in Kileleshwa due to its proximity to the Central Business District (CBD) and the surrounding neighbourhoods with good restaurants and social amenities such as shopping malls, hospitals, hotels and nightlife.

Nairobi Arboretum occupies 30.4 hectares and is 2Km from my house (about 25 minutes walk). It was established in 1907.
Nairobi Arboretum now hosts over 300 species of exotic and indigenous tree species. The arboretum also has over 100 species of migrant and resident bird species in addition to Sykes and Vervet monkeys. You can have a picnic here, jog or just relax.
