The Clendeboye estate consists of beautiful woodlands for walking and mountain biking. If you are walking you require good footwear. There are some steep inclines dependant on your route. If you are a keen walker you should look at doing the Helen's Tower to Helen's Bay route. Helen's Bay is only about 3 miles from Bangor so you can even finish the walk by taking the coastal path back into Bangor.
