Please watch local tide charts, especially during end/beginning of the month which is when the island is more likely to experience a "King Tide". These high tides can rise about a foot more than usual which means water in places you wouldn't expect, like up to and under the house in the right conditions. If there is bad weather, rain and especially wind this could worsen conditions with wind pushing the water in shore and "Flooding" some areas of the island until the tide subsides. Park in front yard rather than under house or be prepared to move vehicle to higher ground if this happens.
