The grungiest of dive bars; we love it. It was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives a few years back which has un-grungified the clientele. The food is very yum and definitely not just bar fare. The Tabernacle is one of those perfect venues... small enough to feel intimate but large enough to pull in some awesome names. I've only ever been to open ticket events here, but there are seats in the balcony where you can sit comfortably.
