At Shingle Hut Jerk. There are Night time cooking experience. Friday or Saturday night at 7.30pm. Here you will be taught how to jerk chicken and fry festival or roast yam or seasonal food. Learn how to season and prepare your Chicken then cook it. If you don't want to cook, you can enjoy Jamaican Jerk meats: Jerk Chicken, Jerk Oxtail, Jerk Rabbit or Jerk Pork which you can order and we will prepare for you. Dine while listening to local Jamaican music and order Jamaican beverages from the bar.
