Shops inside and outside offer way more than just food. Restaurants are conveniently located in an air-conditioned building. And parking is free.
Although they are open daily until 3 pm, the best time to go is Saturday and Sunday mornings.

The best music on Broadway is usually here at this old, unassuming Dive bar on Lower Broadway near Tootsie's. If you want a preview, look up drummer goes through the window and Robert's Western World on you tube. Oh yea - and you can get a great burger and fries late night - they make it right in front of you behind the bar. I also think they were the absolute first to offer PBR in a can way back before it was cool. Used to be $2. I'm doubt it is still that cheap.
