Trails
Long Creek Falls on the Appalachian Trail is about 2 miles round trip of easy hiking. There are other sections of trail nearby if you want a longer adventure. The drive to the trailhead has about 5 miles of gravel road and in total about 30 minutes from the cabin. You’ll see some beautiful scenery and drive into the forest along the sounds of a creek below to reach the trail head.

The drive to the trailhead has about 5 miles of gravel road and in total about 30 minutes from the cabin. You’ll see some beautiful scenery and drive into the forest along the sounds of a creek below to reach the trail head.
An easy in and out trail takes you over the longest swinging bridge east of the Mississippi. Take in a beautiful view of the Toccoa River. This trail is part of the Benton Mackaye system. It’s an easy in and out .8 mile trail, or take the Benton Mackaye trail if you are up for a longer hike.
