On the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. the city conducts a street sweep. All cars must be moved from street parking to avoid ticketing.

Huntington Beach State Park charges $15/day for beach parking. There is street parking available for both the beach and downtown, but they are metered. Make sure you bring a Visa or MasterCard for these meters. There is also a parking garage available in between Main St. and 3rd, on Walnut. Parking here is free for the first hour and a half, but $1/20 min. afterwards.

The Newport Beach Boardwalk is one of the best biking experiences! You can rent bikes on the boardwalk, take drinks, music, and just cruise along the coast!

Please put the trash out on Wednesday night, the garbage truck runs at 6 A.M. on Thursdays.
