Must-visit beaches

My favorite beach is “Punta Bajlo” because it is very quiet here, the nature is beautiful, and you have rocks to jump off from. There is also lots of shadows and a cafe bar with an amazing view.

How to say "Hello, how are you?"

The most common way to say this is: "Bok! Kako si?" You can answer with "Bok! Dobro sam. Kako si ti?" meaning "Hi! I am fine. How are you?"

Don't use ATM's to exchange for local currency

ATM's will charge your card a high percentage to get HRK kuna's in return. It's much better to bring cash with you or withdraw euro's and exchange these at a local bank.
