Outer Range is a new brewery next to Whole Foods in Frisco. They offer a unique selection of beers, but they don't sell any food, so bring your own or eat ahead of time.

The one and only dive bar in Frisco, and it's been here for decades. Located at 2nd and Main St. I know lots of people that LOVE this place and hit it up every time they’re in town.

"The Dam" as it's called is a bar, restaurant, and brewery with a wide selection of food and beer. They also have trivia on the third Thursday of every month.

Great location and great beer. The food is good too, but it's expensive. The good thing is that you can bring in your own food - try Ollie's or Peppino's (both right next door) to go.

Parks & Nature

Lake Dillon is gorgeous. You can't swim, but you can rent kayaks or stand-up paddleboards at both the Frisco and Dillon Marinas. I also highly recommend biking along the lake on the paved recreational path! Or just bring a book, a hammock, and a picnic, and relax in the beautiful scenery.

Shopping

There are a number of outlet stores just 10 minutes away in Silverthorne, if you need to spend time inside.

I'll admit, I'm not a huge shopper, but I always find interesting things in this store. You can easily spend an hour just browsing.

REI finally opened in Dillon in May 2017! If you need outdoor gear or apparel, this is the place to go. (It's also one of my favorite stores.)

There's a Safeway in Frisco that's closer, but I like City Market much better.

Bread+Salt never disappoints. They're open for breakfast and brunch most days, and dinner some evenings. Check it out if you like fresh and creative food options.
