Worcester Cathedral has a perfect location next to the River Severn and when standing on the nearby bridge gives a good photo opportunity looking towards the cathedral. It is possible to take steps to the top of the tower although the spiral staircase does get quite narrow at one point but when at the top and out in the open air makes it all worth while with some good views of Worcester and the Malvern Hills in the distance. The cathedral has some nice stained glass and a crypt which is accessible down a few steps
