For the most part I would say this is a college crowd. It's a blast once you get in. Expect to wait in line on the weekends, at least in the evening. Serves good Mexican food, drinks and live music (sometimes.) If you want a good time, this could be it. Prices are reasonable

It's a great way to spend the day. Ferry's run both directions throughout the day. Catalina Island has shopping, restaurants and lots of recreation, including fishing, snorkeling, scuba, and more. it's a fun afternoon.
