De woning, compleet gerenoveerd in 2020, staat vrij gelegen, heeft een eigen ingang, een kleine tuin op het zuiden met een gezellige overkapping. De sfeervolle woonkamer is voorzien van openslaande deuren naar het zonnige terras, een open keuken met vaatwasser en oven, één slaapkamer en een badkamer.
