Cozy Home in the center of Užice

Hello :) Our cute home is located in the city center in Uzice, surrounded by theather, cinema, many bars, walking areas, very close to the city beach and to nature too. There is a parking area below the building, there are three types of parking - one is the public parking which is payed from 7 am till 9 pm, second is private parking and third is the free public parking but there are only a few spots so its usually occupied. Uzice is a small city so almost everything is accessible by walk.

Apartment View is located five minutes away from the city centre and well-positioned among locals and local culture. Apartment View has been fully remodelled in 2021. Situated on the penthouse (5th floor) of a building that was built in the 1960s, Apartment View is the only apartment on this floor and is surrendered with peace and quietness. Since it was built in 1960’s, building has no elevator and therefore this apartment is accessible by stairs only.
