A modern family home. 1 bathroom which is shared and a downstairs toilet. We have a large living room and new kitchen.
The room has a double bed, a built in closet and a small set of draws.
Our house is occupied by a family of three and a timid Cavapoo dog called Ollie. Ollie is non shedding and clean. He lives downstairs.
We are a 7minute drive to the M1 j46. Bus stop into Leeds is 3 minute walk. Cross gates train station is 10 minutes drive. It’s a 15 minute walk to Tesco.

Off road parking in a rural area just north of Leeds. Easy access to the historic attractive towns of Harrogate and York. Beautiful Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire moors an easy drive away. Local attractions include Leeds city centre, Royal Armouries, Harewood House and grounds, Temple Newsam, Roundhay park.
The area is excellent for mountain biking, road cycling, walking.
Sporting venues include Headingly, Bramham. We have 3 friendly border collies.
