The property enjoys direct access onto the Plym Valley cycle path and there is excellent on and off road cycling in all directions. There are many horse riding options on the moors. The property has large gardens, a great living space and parking. 3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, sitting room, dining room, new kitchen and spacious hall with a cross trainer should you feel the need!
