Welcome to Manor Cottage Barn. Situated in the quiet village of Averham just outside of Newark Upon Trent in rural Nottinghamshire. The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a small workshop area dedicated to picture framing. The other is a Bedroom, kitchen and dining room with a separate Bathroom. *This is a no smoking anywhere including outside home. Thankyou.

The self-catering studio space is private, just outside garden of main house, with its own drive for parking. It's close to the centre of the village and has excellent car and rail connections to other parts of the UK. It is ideal for one or two guests - couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Simple help-yourself breakfast included, and some provisions, with small kitchenette. There's a garage space on ground floor below if needed for storage. Please note spiral staircase is narrow.
