A big window illuminates the room which also has plenty of fresh white linen and fresh bath towels. The homey lounge offers a big sleeper couch for (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)m), a flatscreen TV with satellite and gas heaters. The double balcony door opens up to the green garden for reading, lunch or relaxing in the sun. The fully modern equipped kitchen offers everything you need; gas stove, oven, microwave, pans, Bialetti, plunger, dishes, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The bathroom with the window consits of a tub cum shower, toilet, sink and a big mirror. Modern amenities and an alarm system and remote cameras outside ensure full security. Optic Fibre WIFI. Modern smoke detector is linked to the alarm system.Google Nest guides you at night to the bathroom and also protects you from carbon monoxide as well as smoke. There is a separate entrance to the apartment and access to a beautiful green back garden. An effortless trip over Kloof Nek road with its spectacular views of the Twelve Apostles, brings you to Camps Bay strip and Clifton beaches.Cape Town International Convention Center (CTICC) the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town city centre and art galleries and museums, are easily accessible. Within walking distance of shops & restaurants in Kloof street, tennis club, beautiful hiking trails at Lion’s Head and Signal Hill. There is a MyCiti bus stop within walking distance, about 500m in Kloofnek Road (St Michael’s, route 107). Bus tickets are available in the Spar at Kloof street. Another simple way to get around is with Uber or Taxify, otherwise meter taxis are aplenty and operate 24/7. There is a gated covered carport available for small cars less than 4.2 meter in length.
