Cyclists can also challenge themselves on the many hills around the area, including the infamous Stwlan Dam climb. Local attractions such as Zip World, Antur Stiniog and Llechwedd Slate Caverns are a few minutes away. The cottage is also ideally located for visiting nearby Porthmadog and Betws y Coed.

This cosy converted miner’s cottage is situated in the beautiful Welsh countryside close to some of the best beaches in the area. There are also many local walks and activity centres nearby. It’s a relaxing homely retreat, where guests can enjoy a bubbling brook to the front of the property and then watch the Blaenau Ffestiniog steam trains pass by at the back. The cottage was built in 1854 and retains some of its original historic features. There is parking available on the main road.
