Venture away from the crowded tourist trail and visit a selection of locally adored eateries where we'll interact with the chefs and restaurant owners who form the heart of Nassau's culinary scene. Sample unique Bahamian food and drinks at 5 venues, including family-operated restaurants and specialty shops. Sip on handcrafted rum cocktails and nibble on classic conch fritters and Bahamian mac and cheese-- just to name a few! Food quantities will be equivalent to a hearty lunch, so don’t forget to bring your appetite for great food and adventure. In between our tastings, we’ll wander the shaded streets of Old Nassau, soaking in stories and history. Together, admiring the colonial era architecture and getting a feel for the rhythms of Bahamian culture. Embark on a journey through history and culture in The Bahamas. Learn about the unique culture and history that makes The Bahamas so unique; from piracy, to slavery, forts and ancient escape routes, to modern society and politics. You will see all the major points of interest within the city. Small group size ensures that you have a personal interaction with your guide. Other things to note This tour route is approximately 2 miles and we will walk over uneven surfaces, up a slight incline as well as down stairs.

This is an hour long guided kayaking tour of Bonefish Pond National Park. This activity is great for first time and experience kayakers. On this tour we will learn about the unique ecosystem of the park, the cultural significance and the plants and animals that call it home. Other things to note There is no storage space at Bonefish Pond at moment. I suggest leaving all valuables including jewelry, non waterproof electronics at your accommodation.

Start a Bahamian breakfast or lunch (small tidbits) at a local restaurant or on the beach. Then move around the island and experience the local fruits, culture while enjoying local brews and specialty drinks provided. On route we will stop to a fort, fruit & fish market, ride though historic neighbourhoods, and have a chat with the locals. The tour takes you away from the usual tourist experience, so you can truly appreciate living in paradise! Will visit a craft beer brewery and rum distillery & sample the brews. Finally, Other things to note: It’s a minimum of 2 hours. Be prepared to wet your feet on a beach, and splash in the water; optional. Food samples to include, conch, fish, and another meat prepared the Bahamian way.

Make a fun-for-all-ages STEAM project before hitting the beach in this 3-hour experience. This isn’t the usual food tour and doesn’t try to be. If you’re looking for a laid back way to inexpensively entertain the kids (or your parentals) as you beat the heat and honestly just try to make it to dinner time - then this is for you. What you’ll do: - Leisurely walk through our lush backyard with its mature mango, avocado and pomegranate fruit trees while selecting herbs and petals for your customized seed paper. Note: A small handful of Nerf guns and ammo are already loaded to keep the kids entertained as you explore. - Learn about local agriculture and food sovereignty while pressing and binding garden salad seed paper journals. Messy hands and big smiles happen here! - Snack on freshly baked Caribbean patties and fruit. - Capture social media worthy photos of a local cave as well as beautifully unobstructed ocean views. - Enjoy a beach away from the downtown crowds. Sanitized goggles, floaties and swim toys available for your enjoyment. This is a perfect experience for those visiting Nassau by cruise ship, especially if you want to get away from the usual tourist crawl. You and your family get picked up and dropped off within walking distance of the cruise port.

You guys can enjoy one of the top water sports and tour providers Nassau, Bahamas has to offer by sailing alongside my incredible team and I! As we commence the harbour tour, you will have the opportunity to sight-see a number of well-known celebrity beach villas. There are two routes to choose from. The first choice will be to see the picturesque Gilligan's Island, followed by snorkeling at a Rose Island Reef before spending the day on one of Rose Island's white sandy beaches. The second alternative is to cruise to another beautiful site on Rose Island where you will have the options to purchase food, drink, party, and unwind. There will be an additional fee if you would like local food included as well. The pigs are also an additional cost for both choices, be sure to let me know if you're interested. After an eventful day, we'll booze and cruise back down the harbor before stopping to one of the floating bars, if they are open. Upon arrival to our beautiful space, you will meet complimentary Bahamian drinks for you to delight in. We are flexible in that it does not have to be alcoholic beverages. After a brief chance to mix and mingle, Allia will introduce the experience, shed light on jewlery making in the Bahamas and lead you to choose your materials for your jewlery piece. After careful yet free interaction each person will leave with their very own “handmade in the bahamas by ME” piece! Not to mention amazing memories from such a great time!

Explore the island’s Northern coast on this 5-hour, afternoon swimming pigs adventure tour. Board one of our roomy passenger ferry and casually cruise through Nassau’s historic harbor on the short 20 minute boat ride to Pig’s Beach where you will meet, feed, and plunge around in the waves with our world famous swimming pigs. Our camera ready, four legged friends will be sure to run down the beach and give you a warm welcome upon arrival. With the splash of an anchor, arrive at the charming Sun Cay Island. This quaint and quiet, sun-drenched paradise lies some 8 nautical miles off the Eastern coast of Nassau and is the perfect place to unwind for the remainder of your afternoon. We invite you to explore the crystal clear waters while kayaking along the flourishing coastline. Or, grab your snorkeling gear and head for a peek at the vibrant underwater marine life that surrounds the island. On land, the island is complete with an array of lounge chairs, hammocks and three bars that will keep you hydrated and refreshed until lunch time. After a long day in the sun, lunch is finally served. Recharge your batteries with a tasteful complementary Bahamian meal that embraces the many traditional flavors of the Bahamian cuisine. After enjoying a filling meal, soak up the afternoon’s remaining rays and take in the beautiful views one last time before returning to the dock.

We will meet at a selected beach depending on the wind. After a short safety and instruction briefing we will take paddle boards and paddle with many turtles in blue calm water. After we will go to a pristine reef or mangrove estuary depending on the wind. We will sorkel for 20- 30 minutes. On the way back we will go back and paddle again with the turtles. Typically seen on this tour are reefs filled with stag and brain coral, fans, tropical fish, turtles, rays, and so much more. If we go to the mangroves we see coral, tropical fish, sea cucumbers, turtles, rays, and more! The tour lasts from 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Eleuthera has amazing beaches, reefs, estuaries, and mangroves filled with abundant sealife and this tour will show it to you! Other things to note I will contact you the day before to confirm meeting time and place. It is always determined by the wind and within 10 minute drive of South Tarpum Bay. Guests will experience first hand what it’s like to run, workout with and be coached by an Olympic Silver Medalist. There are two booking options for this experience: 1.) Guest has the option of working out on the famous Goodman's Bay Beach in beautiful Nassau, Bahamas. 2.) Guest has the option of having me travel to their city or country in order to host this session. We will do everything from warm-up exercises, stretches, running speed and technical drills, running workouts and strength training and core exercises.
