Visit Non Solo Crudo and chef Ivano, for pure and simple yet wonderful Piedmontese food. He makes the best Tajarin con Porcini (with Alba truffle if in season), and you must not miss the Tiramisu. And do not be surprised if by the end of the meal, Ivano comes down from his kitchen to join you at your table for a while. Italian dining at its best!

A stop at Non Solo Crudo is a must! Piedmontese restaurant that you fall in love with! Great dishes !!! It is better to book !!! Great location halfway up the hill. Imprescindibile la tappa a Non Solo Crudo! Ristorante piemontese di cui ci s'innamora! Grandi piatti!!! E' meglio prenotare!!! Ottima posizione a metà collina.
