We back on to local woods with miles and miles of truly stunning walking options. Aberystwyth is 10 miles away with local pubs and facilities around 5 miles away.

There is off road parking on the driveway, with several steps leading to an entrance porch. Inside is a cosy lounge with TV/DVD and French doors to the garden & private patio area. The kitchen area includes an oven, hob, fridge and all essentials. The separate bedroom has a King Size bed with wardrobe and TV. There is a separate shower room with WC and basin.
