Si tratta di una casetta in montagna, a poche decine di km. da Roma, immersa nel verde del parco nazionale dei Monti Lucretini. In questo parco si possono effettuare escursioni adattissime alle famiglie e ai più giovani. Ci sono 53 sentieri per oltre 230 km. di percorsi con dislivelli modesti. I monti ospitano moltissimi animali, comprese le aquile reali a cui è dedicato un apposito sentiero vicinissimo alla casa. A cinque minuti di macchina è possibile raggiungere i bellissimi Laghi di Percile.
