Artepalermo is a Bed and Breakfast apartment in the historic centre of Palermo, on the top floor of an old house, without lift, and surrounded by lanes, churches, markets, washing, squares and terraces. You will live in the house of an artist and you can visit her studio. Your room is more than 25 square metres, it has a double and a single bed, a sofa, a bureau and a balcony. There is also a shared sitting room, a roof terrace, another little terrace and a kitchen, where guests can also cook. You will have a private bathroom, but it is not in the room itself. The furniture and the style of the apartment is basic with an artistic touch. There is free wireless internet. As we are really in the heart of the centre, you can walk within a few minutes to the markets, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, musea, port, parks. It is less than 5 minutes walking to the sea. The train station is at 10 minutes walking. In case you come by car (but you don't need it here) :you cannot go into the old centre by car without a special pass between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. except during the weekend. You can park on Foro Italico (near Porta Felice is the nearest). If somebody asks money, give maximum 1 or 2 euros. We are a Dutch woman, a Tunisian man and a Sicilian dog. We speak English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 20m2 terrace with a sea view.
