House with the view in Smihel - a paragliding area
My house in Šmihel sits by the gothic church of St. Michael, high above the Vipava valley. This old remodelled comfortable and aesthetic house is my home now. The house is situated 12km from Nova Gorica and Gorizia. It is about 2km from the highway Ljubljana - Venice. There are lots of beautiful walking and hiking areas round, for instance Trnovo forest, Vipava river, or Soča river. The area is especially famous for paragliding as well as good food and excellent wines, Brda are only 15km away.

The room is situated in an old stone-built farm house and is furnished with antique furniture, king-size bed, work table, wardrobes and equipped with broadband wi-fi , no TV a bathroom and a central heating system. It has a separate entrance. We have NO SMOKING policy in the house, but smokers will find a few spots with ashtrays in front of the house. There is space for parking in the yard in front of the house.

We offer an apartment on the first floor of the house (vacation home), where we don't live but come to relax and do some gardening daily.
You can enjoy beautiful views in front of the house, have a meal by the dining table outside or help us in the garden if you wish :)
