Park model completely renovated with a million-dollar view of Lake Havasu! Brand new outdoor kitchen, hot tub on the patio, boat launch, pool and private beach. This park model has a bedroom and a double loft to sleep 5 comfortably. Plenty of room to park a boat under the carport too! The Campground has a separate fee for a parking pass of $35 for a week or $70 for a month to be paid by guest at the gate. I also have a 23' Four Winns boat in the marina that is available with a Captain.
