A cute cosy cottage on a 20 acre lifestyle block, 6km from the edge of Timaru. The cottage is located 50m from our home. There is a lovely outlook to both the sea and mountains. The cottage is fully self contained with a bedroom, seperate sitting room with sofa bed and open kitchen dining, TV space. There is a playground and tennis court 100m up the road.
