Set in lovely, secluded, part of Lancaster, but also with feeling of being in the countryside/right on the edge of it. Walk up the hill on the other side of the canal, to get stunning views of Lancaster - can also see the sea and lovely sunsets. Lovely garden with patio and chairs.
