Mattox ManorMy house is a lovely totally remodeled open floor plan two story built in 1890 located near downtown with easy access to stores, bars, restaurants and theater. I kept the old charm but brought in all the modern conveniences. It has a huge kitchen, nice dining room and living room. The bedrooms are upstairs and each is an ensuite with a Juliet balcony. There is a nice enclosed front porch, and back porch and 3 patios. Enjoy the gas grill and patios in our nice cool evenings.
