Das typische Schwarzwaldhaus von 1831 wurde 2021 liebevoll renoviert. Im barrierefrei zugänglichen Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein rollstuhlgerechtes Bad. Der große Wohn-/Koch-/Essbereich mit seinen lehmverputzten Wänden und Massivholzeinbauten steht im Mittelpunkt des Hauses. Im historischen Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein großes und zwei kleine Schlafzimmer. Ebenso befindet sich im Dachgeschoss ein gemütliches Bad. Vor der Spielwiese im Garten plätschert ein Bach vorbei.
