The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Nestled right between downtown Blacksburg (10min) and the New River (10min), there is so much to do and explore. A few miles off Prices Fork keeps you close to gas and groceries yet between the 2 largest universities in SW VA. We also own and operate a local tree business which presides on the property!

The Grand Room
The grand room is a single room with private bath and shower. The room shares walls with other units in the house, but you have your own private entrance. We provide a coffee maker, 2 burner stove top, microwave and small refrigerator too. The room is part of a shared house with other sublets, yet is private, quiet, and wonderfully scenic!
No pets, vaping or smoking please! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes drive outside of the town of Blacksburg
