Het huis staat in het centrum van Nieuw-Weerdinge, vlakbij Emmen en Ter Apel. Onze kamer is ruim (28m2), gezellig ingericht (lichte kleuren) en van alle gemakken voorzien (o.a. televisie, draadloos internet en koelkast). In de nabije omgeving vindt u een park, tennisbanen, een zwembad, een kartcircuit (Pottendijk), een supermarkt, snackbar, café, kapsalon, slager en een fietsenwinkel.

Op platteland gelegen appartement met eigen opgang en buiten terras voor maximaal twee personen. Er is ook de mogelijkheid wanneer u met meerdere personen komt om een tent neer te zetten. De kosten bedragen 7,50 euro per persoon per nacht. Fietsen (niet elektrisch) zijn aanwezig. Kunt u huren voor 5,00 euro per fiets per dag. Afstand tot centrum Emmen is 5 km.
