It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv on a swing out bracket. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

It has stunning views and is in a private paddock at the top of our garden. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AREA of OUTSTANDING NATURAL BEAUTY. Situated between 2 villages both with pubs and village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between the north and south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as the two national parks, Exmoor and Dartmoor.
