My home is comfortable and developed through time with affection. Airbnb is on top attic floor with steep stairs so not appropriate for those with mobility issues - sorry. Double bedroom, bathroom, TV area + kettle, second bedroom with sofa bed for two children (pre-school go free) OR couple who can cope with intimate space!
Help-yourself breakfast included. Downstairs & garden accessible. Bikes available. Lively village and transport links good. Dogs welcome. Come to walk, cycle, rest, tour.

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. With one bedroom available in a shared house with the owner and at weekends one other renter. A 10 minute walk away from shops, and a 10 minute taxi ride to Newark train station. Quiet location with a large garden and decked area outside for relaxing. Perfect for someone looking for a place to stay whilst around Newark/Lincoln/Grantham/ Nottingham. I have a miniature sausage dog puppy as well who stays downstairs at night.

Self contained annexe in a rural setting between Dry Doddington and Stubton. Nearest town is Newark with good access to A1, A17 and A46. Fresh milk, bread and butter plus a selection of cereals for diy breakfast. Tea and coffee also in cupboards. No bus service as very rural with great walks. Only microwave as no hob/cooker. Huge grass garden with picnic bench. WiFi is patchy as Satellite based from main house.
