You will have the entire self-contained guest suite to yourselves. Accommodation is self catering but we do provide the essentials, including a small welcome hamper. By car or bus, you are nearby all the attractions the Scottish Borders are so famous for. Day trip to Edin? First trains to Edinburgh start before 6am, and last return just before midnight - perfect base for Edin Festival.
