The property is situated 150m from The Tullamore Court hotel; 450m from Tullamore train station and 700m from the Tullamore D.E.W. Visitors Centre. Kilbeggan Racecourse is 5km away and the site of the 2018 National Ploughing Championships is 10km. This room faces a busy street but it quietens at 6.00 pm. There have been no complaints from guests to date.
