Stunning, well maintained villa in the heart of Mornington. Well appointed 3 bedroom property with good sized living, kitchen and bathroom. Able to sleep 6 guests comfortably, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and extra bedroom with 2 singles. Open plan living with a wood burner for the winter (there is a heat pump if this is not your thing!) A well appointed kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to create lovely meals. A pretty outdoor spot under the porch to enjoy the sun and put your feet up. There is a car port or plenty of street parking in the area.The property is a 5 minute drive to the Mornington Shopping area and the Children's play park. Make sure you pop into Tasse Cafe for a fab cinnamon scone and over to Mornington Kitchen for a lovely dinner with views of the city. There is also the world famous Patti's & Cream ice cream shop which is a favorite!!
