This space has beautiful ocean views. It faces St. Barths, Saba, Statia that you see clearly and on a good day you can even see St. Kitts and Nevis. During the regatta in March, watching the boats sail by with friends from this large terrace is exciting. It's just a 2 minute drive to Port of St. Maarten and a 5 minute drive to the town. There’s some construction at the entrance of the property but once passed that, it’s breathtaking!
