We pride ourselves in giving our guests the complete Bardia wildlife experience. At our resort you’ll find an assortment of traditional Tharu-style cottages set among-st beautiful landscaped gardens designed to mirror the Bardia National Park. We are very close to the park, actually right next to it! The resort and the park are separated by a small river, sometimes you can even see some deer coming to the river bench for a drink! The park entrance itself is just a 5-10 min walk away so you are really close! The resort is surrounded by the village from the one side and the National Park from the other side, so if you are interested in visiting the village it's also just a few minutes away and we would also gladly show you around so you can experience the Tharu(local culture) way of life! How to Get There? Bardia National Park can be reached by direct bus departing every afternoon from Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan National Park. BUSES reach Ambassa, the turn off the Park, at approximately 3 am to 6 am. Ambassa is 13 km from the hotel, so it is important you inform us in advance of your arrival. FLIGHTS are available daily from Kathmandu to Nepalganj. Flying time is approximately 1 hour although the jeep transfer the airport to the hotel is 2.5 hours. There are currently no flights from Pokhara. DRIVING from Kathmandu or Pokhara by your own or hired vehicle takes approximately 14 hours and enables you to enjoy the daytime scenery. Direct buses also run from Mahendranagar on the western Nepal-Indian border. Mahendranagar is 12 hours from Delhi and a daylight journey to Almora and Naini Tal.

My wife is American, so she has really worked hard to make this place comfortable to the westerners who travel to our small town. it is above the bank which closes at 8pm and opens at 6am which provides great safety especially single women. it has good space for a couple to make a temporary home away from home.
