A unique, spacious & open-plan loft apartment in the center of Mayfair. It is on the fifth (top) floor of a period building. Great rooftop views, outside balcony, kitchen, bedroom & 2 bathrooms (one with tub). The elevator runs to the Fourth Floor and then there are 16 steps to the apartment. Due to the stairs up from the fourth floor it is not really suitable for small children (who require buggies etc) or people with mobility difficulties. Note: the apartment is now painted light grey.

This huge space is about the size of 4 London hotel rooms and so is a bargain. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and families with young kids.

This studio flat would suit a single or couple. It has its own independent entrance (which no one else uses) from the street to the studio, but is part of a large private house which is a historic grade two listed building. It is quiet and brilliantly located for the park, shopping and sightseeing, with lots of supermarkets and convenience stores.
