Lovely modern fixtures and furniture make this a very comfortable setting for a short weekend getaway or a longer retreat at the beach. It has a lovely deck where you can enjoy reading or having a cup of coffee or a meal.
Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, utensils and basic cooking supplies. It also has a coffee maker and coffee is provided.
Bathroom has shampoo/conditioner, soap, hairdryer.
Home also has an iron and ironing board.
We also have two other Airbnbs on the same property that can be rented together with this one.
Guests have full access to the house. Hosts are nearby to provide support.
Guests are welcome to use the barbecue grill. Please follow the instructions on how to turn and turn off the gas and keep it clean.
We provide beach towels.
Beach chairs, toys and boogie boards are available to all guests First come, first serve.

Downtown and the beach are within walking distance, as is the grocery store, restaurants, shops (including Target), the Manhattan Beach Pier, and a great seaside community.
If you need transportation to get around Manhattan Beach, the easiest way is to use Uber or taxis. Manhattan Beach also has the Downtowner, which is a free service and will drive you around town. You do have to talk up to the corner of Pacific Ave and Manhattan Beach Blvd where they will pick you up. You do need to download the app. For more information: (URL HIDDEN)
WHEN PARKING ON MANHATTAN BEACH BLVD, PLEASE CURB YOUR WHEELS. WHEN PARKING ANYWHERE IN MANHATTAN BEACH LOOK AT STREET SIGNS FOR STREET CLEANING TIMES (noted in the Guest Resources).
The home has baseboard (electric heat) in each room. They can be turned on with the knob on the wall. Please make sure that there isn't anything obstructing the heaters.
