Private downstairs studio!PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! You’re suite is located downstairs in my split level home, It includes a private living area, A private bedroom and private bathroom. There is also a small food prep area with a dining table. Prep area includes hot plates, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. There are also dishes supplied and pots and pans. There is no kitchen sink hooked up yet but there is water dispenser for your water needs. You’re private bedroom has a full size bed with memory foam mattress and 55 inch tv With Roku and Netflix and other streaming options. You will be provided with a WiFi passcode located on a welcome sheet left in your room. There is a walk-in closet with iron and ironing board with extra linens and cot for an extra guest. Also the sofa folds down to a extra bed. You will also have a private bathroom, fresh towels, soap and shampoo provided. There is no private entrance , just the shared front door. I will send your front door code prior to arrival so you may enter as you wish. If you can not use stairs you may use garage to enter and exit just let me know in advance. This is a split level home, you will be downstairs and I live upstairs, I am very quiet and private and will not come downstairs unless to use shared laundry room or garage which is in a separate area from you’re suite. *As I have mentioned I do live near a train, most guests have said they have no problem with it, if you are noise sensitive or plan on still writing a review about the train please do not book.
