Stijlvolle nieuwe woning uit 2017. Achter op het voormalige boerenerf met prachtig uitzicht over weilanden. De locatie is ideaal precies tussen Delft, Den Haag, Rotterdam en Hoek van Holland. De beleving in de woonkamer is zeer ruimtelijk door de vide. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. De slaapkamer grenst direct aan de woonkamer en aan de badkamer met toilet. De gehele begane grond wordt verwarmd met vloerverwarming. Boven is de tweede slaapkamer met aangrenzend een wasruimte.

DELFT; Nice room near the TU and the citycentre

A nice 1-personsroom on the 2nd floor, well situated! It's in a quiet neighboorhood, just outside the citycenter (Beestenmarkt 10 minutes walk) and near the TU (12 minutes walk). Good place to stay, especially when you come for a conference at the TU or to enjoy my lovely town. It's a 15 min walk from the traintation. When you come by car, it's 5 minutes from the highway. You can park for free at the Korftlaan. Ofcourse I follow the Covid-cleaningrestrictions very strickt!

The studio is complete private and has its own entrance. It’s a perfect place to explore Rotterdam and Schiedam. I’m well informed about practical issues and the best places to visit in de (surrounding) cities and as a great host I’m pleased to tell you about it.
