Quiet neighborhood across from Spring Arbor University. Walking distance to the university, McDonalds, two local pizza shops, three separate parks. Connections to the Falling Waters Trail. Approximately 15 minute drive to Jackson. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom in our basement. There’s is a shared living room, and a kitchenette with electric skillets, air fryer, microwave, and mini fridge. We do have a friendly lap cat that will pass through occasionally for her food and water.

If you are looking to take a break and spend a night or two in the country, this rental is for you. This unit is the fully furnished, walkout lower level of our home. It features a private entrance, a king size bed, full bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, dining area and spacious entertainment area. There is plenty of room for an air mattress in the living area (air mattress not supplied). Since we live above this property, absolutely no pets, no smoking of any kind and no unregistered guests.
