Hacienda Chan Chan - Farm Bungalow

Hacienda Chan Chan is a working dairy farm nestled in the mountains North of Cuenca near the picturesque village of Chiquintad. We milk roughly 30 cows on 90 hectares, which leaves lots of room for hiking and exploring. The bungalow is a cozy wooden cabin with two bedrooms, including a lofted bed with a skylight for star gazing. The living room includes an efficient wood stove to warm the chilly nights. A breakfast of farm made yogurt, fruit and fresh bread is included for all our guests.

Hacienda Chan Chan - TreeHouse

Hacienda Chan Chan is a working dairy farm nestled in the mountains high above Cuenca. The TreeHouse is even higher up, possibly the world's highest (elevation) tree house. It is remote and secluded. The ideal get away for adventurous hikers. The farm offers beautiful views, fresh food including homemade cheeses, yogurt, and cured meats (seasonal), hiking, and an up-close look at daily farm-life. We are close enough to explore Cuenca (35 mins), but far enough away to escape it all.
